Chrome's decision is silly. While their security concern makes sense, XML files should be able to load XSL stylesheets from the same directory, just as HTML files can load images, stylesheets, and scripts from the same directory. There's an issue you can star but the Chrome dev team has banned new comments on it - despite the fact that they complained they can't quantify how badly users wanted. Then, the file automatically opens instead of saving when I download in Chrome. To change this setting, start by clicking the "Tools" icon on your Chrome browser. (Updated 7/17/ - click the 3 DOTS icon) When you click on the three small lines dots (tools icon), you'll see a dropdown box appear. Click on "Settings" and you'll see a new page. HTML etc. pages display nicely in chrome, but when I address a doc file in the web all I'm offered by chrome is a download, not an open with wird right away. Firefox is fine, however (about:preferences, settings, applications). Chrome, extensions, chrome apps, Docs won't do. Fritz Jörn.

Maybe that is the reason why we've got different sizes of Google Chrome. The standalone installer is about 9+ MB. But I'm not sure, I think it would be the same size as what @Dragontatt provided when installed.
